The conference registration fee includes

a) 1 day conference only (3rd September 2008)

Access to all sessions/Poster and Exhibition Areas
Lunch and refreshments as scheduled in the Open Day Programme
Coach transfer to collect and return delegates between hotel and conference venue
Delegate Packs to include poster abstracts and conference information

b) 1 day conference only (3rd September 2008) To include Evening reception at York Minster and Banqueting Centre at St Williams College.

Optional Conference Dinner

An optional Conference dinner (evening reception) will take place at York Minster and Banqueting Centre at St Williams College, York, on the 3rd September 2008.

Tickets are available at the cost of �65.00/�50 per person and should be booked via the online registration form.

Cancellations made after this date will incur penalty (50% of total delegate cost)
