ADVANCE Project - Summer School and Ment�e positions available

Available opportunities to become a Mentée in the ADVANCE-project (April 1st - November 30th 2007) and a participant in the ADVANCE Summer School (July 23rd - August 3rd 2007 and from September 7th - 9th in Krems, Austria)

Utrecht University are participating in the (FP6) EU-project ADVANCE, a mentoring and coaching program aiming to advance women's careers within the Beta-Sciences.

The ADVANCE project intends to promote the participation of women in science/research decision making and policy definition by supporting female scientists in acquiring research and career management skills and tools that help them build on their careers.

All this will be provided, free of charge, through the Summer School, a mentoring relationship with an outstanding mentor of the field and a coaching session with professional career coach.

There are two positions as a mentée available within the program (running from April to November 2007).
