Safefood Workshop - Profiling for Abuse of Anabolic Agents in Meat Production

Safefood, the Food Safety Promotion Board is due to hold a project workshop in conjuction with Queens University Belfast, Teagasc and the Institute of Agi-Food and Land Use(BioCop Organisations)on the 27th November 2007.

In addition to researchers and residue analysts, expected attendance at the workshop will include, personnel from government enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, meat industry, and food safety agencies etc.
