The SARAF training is held within the National Veterinary School of Nantes (France).The objectives are to offer to technicians, scientists, engineers and post-graduate students in analytical chemistry, with a good scientific background and professional experience in the field of residue analysis, the opportunity to:
* Improve their knowledge in analytical chemistry especially in methodology applied to residues and contaminants control in food.
* Be trained on hyphenated techniques involving gas and liquid chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry (MS, MS/MS, HRMS, IRMS)
* Learn and put into practice examples of performant methods applied in most official European laboratories for the control of residues and contaminants in food.
* Learn how to validate a method.
* Improve their knowledge regarding general regulation of residues and contaminants in food, for EU or exporting countries.
* Improve their knowledge in quality assurance applied to assays and method development.
* Create their own network for further technical and scientific cooperation.
