The Aim of the AgriFood Antibodies Conferences is to bring together food specialists, immunologists, researchers, analysts and other professionals from industry, Universities, public bodies and other research centres from all over the world, to discuss the use of antibody-based analytical techniques in the agricultural and food industries for the prevention of contamination, adulteration and misrepresentation in food stuffs.
