BioCop awarded poster award at EuroFoodChem XV Symposium

A poster recently disseminated by BioCop at the EuroFoodChem XV symposium, Food for future - the contribution  of chemistry to improvement of food quality in Copenhagen, Denmark, 5-8 July 2009 was awarded the winner of the Poster Award 2009.

BioCop also were invited to present a presentation entitled ''DNA microchips for detecting the sum of T-2 and HT-2 mycotoxins in foods'' at the plenary session "Mycotoxins in food"

The conference “FOOD FOR THE FUTURE - the contribution of chemistry to improvement of food quality” focused on:

• food for nutritional need,
• food to be delighted with, and
• food for health and disease protection.
