The SAFE Consortium and AZTI-Tecnalia have the great honour of inviting you to the Food Safety Seminar: ‘Advanced tools for shelf-life and safety prediction in the food chain’, which will be held on October 25 at Parque Tecnológico de Bizkaia, in Derio, Spain, at the headquarters of the Food Research Division of AZTI-Tecnalia.

The Food Safety seminar topics will include:
