ANFACO-CECOPESCA is pleased to present the "I International Symposium on Scientific Support to Innovation on Fish and Seafood Products". which will be held in Vigo (Spain), on the 13th-14th September 2010.  Likewise ANFACO-CECOPESCA would like to invite you to the presentation of Symposium, which will take place on the 25th June, at 12:00 hours in Vigo, at the Centro Social Caixanova (C/ Policarpo Sanz, 24-26).  Please find the Registration Form and Program of Events attached.

The main aim of the symosium is to make known the potentiality of the RD&I on the processing sector of fish and the aquaculture products, through speakers of recognised prestigious which will participate in plenary lectures and round tables focussing on 4 main areas of interest:

 

Food Quality and Safety: "Analytical Challenges"

Nutrition for Health: Fish and aquaculture products in NAOS strategy.  How does it contribute to a healthy diet?  How to take advangtage of the legislative frame?

Product and Process Innovation: "Innovation in the preservation of minimum processed fish and aquaculture products."

Environmental Sustainability: "Total fish utilization"
